• east grand rapids tudor renovation

On a charming, tree-lined street in one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, this blended family of eight desperately needed more space for their active, young brood. Working within complex, historic architectural limits, the team converted a garage into a gorgeous white kitchen, gutted and dug out (yes, by hand) the basement, and infused every space with custom features that truly work for these busy professionals and parents. Builder: Berghuis Construction. Photos by Norman Sizemore.

Completed by Andy Yates as Senior Designer, Jennifer Butler Design.
