1 Discovery & inspiration
As we begin our process, we want to know everything about your life: what you enjoy, what you like, your style, and how you want your spaces to function. We will develop a strong concept using imagery, and a visual vocabulary that guides our process. Here is where we create your vision.
2 Conceptual design
Once we establish the narrative of your space, we begin to craft the important functional requirements. We will create a strong program to guide our choices, a budget, and begin space planning.
3 design Development & selections
Moving forward, we will refine our drawings and models to hone the design, and begin to select furniture, fixtures, equipment and other major components of the interiors. We also revise our cost estimates and specifications, to meet the dynamic needs of the project scope.
4 construction & procurement
As the construction process begins, so does our ordering and management of all of the items specified for the interiors. We work closely with our chosen team to ensure design intent is honored, and the outcomes are of the highest quality expected for your project.
5 installation & realization
Happy Day! Once our construction and interiors punch lists are completed, we will deliver and install your furnishings, rugs, art and decorative accessories. Window treatments are installed, and everything is cleaned and prepared for you to enjoy your exceptional new interiors.
